class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Die im Jahr 1936 erbaute Bagatelle-Villa war urspr\u00fcnglich ein Familienhaus. Ihr Bauherr war der Apotheker Vince Bene, weshalb an der Fassade eine Statue des Heiligen Rochus angebracht wurde. Zu F\u00fc\u00dfen des Heiligen sitzt ein Hund, der ein Brotst\u00fcck im Maul h\u00e4lt. Im Jahr 1944 ereignete sich hier ein Mord. Das \u00fcberlebende kleine M\u00e4dchen Erzsike wuchs sp\u00e4ter auf und gr\u00fcndete schlie\u00dflich in einer H\u00e4lfte der Villa eine Familie. Interessanterweise wurde sie zu einer der bekanntesten Karikaturistinnen der sozialistischen Zeit. In der anderen H\u00e4lfte der Villa befand sich hingegen bis 2008 das letzte Bordell Ungarns, die sogenannte Intim Drink Bar. Im Jahr 2009 erwarben Albrecht Wirtz und seine Ehefrau \u00c1gnes das Geb\u00e4ude. Nach den Pl\u00e4nen von L\u00e1szl\u00f3 Bencz\u00far und seinem Team wurde die Villa umfassend renoviert und anschlie\u00dfend er\u00f6ffnete die Br\u00f3t B\u00e4ckerei und das Bistro.
